If it's (your tongue that is) hanging out and/or you're drooling are the key points. I think a lot of chicks like to be admired but aren't keen on being leered at. You need to be subtle about it. Oh, yeah, and don't admire other women while you're with one. That doesn't usually create such a good impression.
Apart from that, I don't think you qualify for doghood.

Your question leaves out some information. Are you attache/partnered with someone? How do you express your admiration? There is never anything wrong with appreciating anyone--but problems do arise with how appreciation is expressed. So you need to look at how your appreciation is viewed by the object of your appreciation, and by those that are close to you.

i might say sizable Schnauzer and Bouvier des Flandres. Love the seem of those breeds, yet they're way too intense power, working/prey force for me.
