Because we all share our world with such people,and anything in mistakes that are made can affect you or me,its like driving,if someone is on there cell and accidentally losses control you may be affected if your next to them.

thats where concept of god has crept in.
one is influenced by the action of of each and every other beings(extent/degree varies)and which are beyond someones control. so leave every thing to god and be content.
