I'm 29 weeks also! I had a Dr. appointment about a 3 weeks ago, and I actually lost 1 lb, and then my last appointment which was last week, I only gained 1 lb. The Dr. told me it was perfectly fine. She told me some women just put most of the weight in the beginning of their pregnancy, and not much at the end (or visa versa) I've gained about 22 lbs total, and she said about a lb a week is what the average is for the last few months. So don't worry, you are doing fine! Just make sure you are eating healthy and there shouldn't be a problem.
Good luck and congrats on the little one :)

Only worry if your doctor tells you to be worried. You will gain the weight you need for the baby as long as you are eating right. Some people gain lots of weight others not much. It all depends on you and your baby. With my second baby I only gained 12lbs total. If you are over weight at all you already have alot of "extra fat" your body is using instead of gaining more. Gaining weight is not the most important part of the pregnancy. Your health and the babies health is the most important part. But you should really be asking a professional (doctor) this question.

Its perfectly normal. Your nutrition has little to do with the health of your baby. It will suck every reserve you have in your body, regardless of what you eat. To the point of sucking the calcium from your teeth if it cant get it elsewhere.
You're gaining some weight which means you're not losing weight, so your intake is obviously enough for the job.
Stop worrying.

I don't think you have any thing to worry about. When my friends niece was pregnant, through her whole pregnancy she only gained 20 pounds, and her healthy baby boy turned out as healthy as a horse.

I shouldn't worry too much - keep eating healthy foods, fruits etc. and keep going to classes - your doc will soon put you right.
Good luck!!
