Well, let's see - there's the WHEEL - that's a pretty big one.

How about sewer systems (Rome had the first), also Aqueducts (water ways), and paved roads (both Roman).

Math - that's Greek first, but several other civilizations had their own versions.

Astronomy - I believe that was Greek.

Paper - Egyptians invented paper from papyrus.

And another biggie - Fire!
