With the 04 Sahara, As tough as Jeeps are, the hardware losens pretty quickly in the hard top with minimal off road use. Also, If you are planning on larger tires, the gas milage drops more than in most lifted vehicles. Im not sure why, but the motors are great. One trick on the gas milage would be to disconnect the battery areter the tire change, and the computer will reset itself to change the mixture of air/fuel based on how it runs. Aside from that, I havent heard anything bad.
