What about a lovely birthday cake and some lovely flowers??? Or a limo for a ride for a meal out for the both of you and take your hubby's with you. Or organise a surprise party , with a banner that says 21 again with her friends and family all there? Or just a girly night out ?You pay of course ? Maybe babysit for her and her hubby to go and have a special night out together? Go to the craft shop and buy her some thing really cool to make that you think she hasn't got? I do pottery by hand , you could always buy her a starting kit a slab of clay and a book to explain how to start making her own things that she would like at the mo I'm making a log cabin , the end product is so great when I finish objects that I have made. With hand pottery you don't have to have a kiln you just leave it to dry solid , ? Well good luck I hope I have given you a few idea's bye lv Debbie j x

For my best friends birthday one year i made a scrap book for her full of all our old photos together and also wrote out all the things assosiated with the photo. It was such a laugh to do and she loved it. (we had been friends since school donkeys years).
If she likes art and craft what about those kits you can buy that enable you to make your own birthday/christmas cards. My friend loves doing that and all her cards are home made but finding the time to restock is difficult a bit of glitter send her happy. lol
I am sure what ever you buy she will love as it is from you another idea is a picture frame with a lovely verse around it on friends and put a photo of the two of you in it.Most good card shops wil have the frames.

See in case you will get her mum and dad to break up ON her birthday. 4. bypass the guilt way: purchase her a Bible and tell her she has extremely some artwork to do. 5. Taze her as she is blowing out her candles. Take a image throughout that and positioned it on fb

Get her a picture of her 2 kids printed on to canvas like a painting, doesn't cost a lot about £20 upwards and looks great and she probably wont have one of those as yet look on eBay there are a few offering this service.

What should YOU get ? How about laid ! I know a place where you can make that happen, too.
As for what to get her, a gift certificate to get her nails or hair done, some spa, or a massage. Yeah, a massage. I bet she could use an hour or so away from it all.

"Likes arts and crafts"...ooo dump quick before it spreads.
"Has everythimg" therefore needs nothing.

Why not buy her a Voucher for something she could decide to spend it on. That is always the best thing to do. Or ask her what she would like.

Get her a gift card from a spa.
She can have a massage, get hair, nails, and makeup done and be pampered for a day.
