I'm guessing a ringtone for your mobile phone which gets played when your phone rings. "Rude" could mean the ringtone is sexually offensive and/or full of bad language.

My friend, Ralph, has this ringtone of a porno chick. I don't know who because I don't watch porn. It does sound pretty cool though. Almost makes me want to watch porn. Ohhhhh......sweet, nuturing porn.
