male also used to wear lot of jewellary like ear ring, arm band, bracelet, neck lace ankle band. now it is getting out of practice ,why except few POP artist like male only waer them

Fashion today is shaped by a Malecentric society.

Those things are now considered "female" wear, in the Malecentric society, the Male adorns his property (the female) with more of his property (the Jewelery) to show his manhood and ability as a provider.

Since that is Female wear, the Male can't wear it, becuase it could call into question his Manhood, and in a Malecentric society, Homophobia rules. The Male can't have any femininity, because he could be considered "Gay", the ultimate insult in a Malecentric system...

Good question. Personally, I don't go for the whole male earring and body piercing thing. That watermelon-smashing comedian Gallagher said it best about guys with earrings "So you're only feminine on one side of your head...What are you trying to do, show us how tough you can be wearing Mommy's stuff?" Of course, I don't go for tattoos either, but they're also very popular. Maybe the male jewelry pieces you mention were status symbols back in the day...

Most men today are afraid of their sexuality and since jewelry today on males is considered 'feminine', fearful boys/men dont adress their fears. The tide is changing on this just look at the 'punks' as they are most commonly referred to. Mr. T has no problems with his feminine side at all!
