If we could bore a hole all the way through the Earth, and we drop a marble from down one side, what will hapen?Will it fly up the other side-and if it does-doesn't that go against gravity?

The marble will keep on oscillating from one end of the hole 2 another about the centre.This is because firstly it will be pulled 2 the centre due 2 the force of gravity as F=ma.but when it reaches the centre, due 2 inertia it will keep on moving 2 the other end until it loses all its Kinetic energy.the process keeps on repeating so that it oscillates about the centre of the earth.

When you drop the marble, it will stay in the center of the Earth. All of the gravitational forces of Earth are aimed to the center. In other words, everything on Earth is attracted to Earth by the gravity that is pulling things towards the center of the Earth.

um it would stop in the middle of the earth... or you know what you couldnt do that because if you made a hole int he middle of the earth then you will effe up the worlds core and make the planet explode... lol

Everest by way of fact it is not like the mountain wasnt there anymore 3.i could be preserving the letter b in my genuine hand by way of fact it is a reflect photograph so it is the different of what i see 4. mom. it is by way of fact if my dads sister has a sister in regulation, its by using marriage and so it is likely from her sister, that's my dad. It should stop in the middle after a bit of overshooting the mark a few times .... if it didn't melt before it got there
