This ploy works for any one, not just the white male.
Works for black males as well.
Hispanic males, too.
Nice ploy though, trying to piss people off.
Good luck!!!

You're almost right, but money is a far more important factor than race or age. I won't defend anyone who can't afford me, but I hardly care what you look like, how old you are, or who your family is. And drug and alcohol problems are often used as defenses, although in instances of violent crime drug and alcohol abuse are irrelevant. Also, a jury never has much sympathy for an addict, so unless you have a bench trial addiction can hurt, rather than help you. Child abuse though...you're right on with that one!

Look, the legal system isn't always fair, we all know that. Theres no magic mathematical equation we can use to ensure that everyone gets a perfect punishment, and no two crimes are alike. So legal professionals, judges, and juries do their best, and hope that we get a decent result.

Well if anyone watches the news and reads you can see thay having money doesn't mean a thing. All these heads of corporations, companies, etc. Corrupt and they are so wealthy and where do they land in prison. Money doesn't always talk especially when it comes to clearly breaking the law.

Plenty of black people get away with committing crimes. Usually when they tell their sob stories about how just because they refused to get jobs, therefore had no money, stores refused to give them stuff for free.

and you say whites are racists? Working in a law office I see plenty of people of all colors that SHOULD BE in jail and who get off without any time over and over.

actually... the only thing you really need, is money... the other things can be produced at need, as long as you can pay for them... except for being white of course, but money has a way of making all people green

I think what you are saying is that there are injustices in the handing out of punishment after commiting a crime. Yes, you are right; it is unfair.
