Anything is possible, but not likely. The youngest I have heard of is age 18. Are you noticing any signs or symptoms in your toddler?

It is possible. Babies have all kinds of cancers. If you are concerned, take the toddler to the doctor.

Anything is possible with cancer. It's highly unlikely with someone so young, but if the child is exposed to polution or other carcinogens cancer is always a possibility. Check with your Dr.

Good question. I don't see why not. If the poor thing is exposed to enough crap in the air and chemicals in foods, or was born predisposed to it.
