eat a big bowl of All Bran for breakfast everyday, eat lots of figs throughout the day, Activia, and lots of other fruits and veggies throughout the day. Cut way back on meat and cheese, only eat low fat lean protein meat, and use skim milk for your cereal. If you still haven't gone by about 8pm, eat another bowl of All Bran.
The bleeding is from your constipation, the tissue is tearing. It isn't serious if it's bright red, but if its dark and actually in your stool then that is serious.
You may need to see a doctor if diet alone can't help you. Try a high-fiber low-fat diet for about a week, keep a journal of what you eat, at what times, and also of your bowel movements so you'll have something for the doctor to look at, so the doctor will know where to start.
Oh yes, also drink lots of water and don't consume products with artificial sweeteners, green tea is also good.

It sounds as though you are not getting enough fiber in your diet. What you are experiencing can cause you serious problems later on down the line.

An easy way to fix this is to eat an apple or a pear every single day. Also, drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day will help.

If you are eating a lot of junk food and not getting enough fresh fruits and vegetables, it will make your situation worse.

I would strongly suggest that you have your children's doctor counsel you on ways to improve your children's diet so that they don't suffer with this.

to not subject. What you have defined is talked approximately as fissure. Anal fissure to be good. A fissure is a tear that extends upward into the anal canal from the anal sphincter. once you have a bowel stream extreme soreness and bleeding can take place. the reason that's happening is loss of fiber on your weight loss application. a individual who eats 3 nutrition an afternoon could desire to have a bowel stream a minimum of as quickly as an afternoon. So eat a lot of fiber to scrub out your colon to have widely used bowel function.

I too suffer from constipation. I find that eating less (smaller meals), drinking more water and keeping away from processed foods helps. Eat high fibre cereal to start the day and eat at least one portion of fruit after each main meal. However, at least once a week I still need to take a laxative. I take SenoKot and it does the trick for me. I recommend you read the info on their website: www.constipationadvice.co.uk it explains what can affect your ability to empty more regularly. Good luck

I would see a doctor asap. If you are going that infrequently you may have toxins going into your body.
