Yes, Sarah Ferguson does. She used to be a Princess. She was married to the Queen of Englands son.

I believe so. On that show "The Bachelor", they say he is a prince but he does live in the US. I believe there are probably more than we think here that reality has been passed down through the years. They just don't let everyone know.
