I can't speak for all liberals just myself. I don't think all Republicans are pedophiles at all. I believe there are good republicans/good democrats and there are bad ones on both sides.

What I do think is happening here is the Republican stance is on family values. Now you have this man who has an obvious sickness as a pedophile. Let's make it clear a pedophile is not a homosexual. A pedophile usually is a straight man who preys on young girls and boys.

What the Republican party is doing wrong is trying to cover up for this guy and that there has been proof they have been covering up for this guy for quite some time. Now does that sound like Family values to you? I think not!! So what it implies is more lies. It also is not making the religious right with all of their fanatical banter not look good.

There are still the Republicans who want to bring up the Clinton/Lewinsky affair. I say "Affair" because that is what it was. Consensual sex between two adults. I also know that Hillary Clinton gave Bill a black eye over that incident. The Republican Party at the time spent millions of dollars on an investigating an affair between two adults. Why? What did it prove? They smeared the democratic party so bad it caused Gore the election. So now it's the repbulicans party time to be smeared and the shoe is on the other foot. Looks like they aren't happy about it. And they shouldn't be. But I am a true believer in Karma.

My grandfather always told me to be careful what you say about other people because it will always come back to bite you later.

You see, this what alot of Republicans are like, especially those of you who are obviously fans of Ann Coulter. You take something ONE liberal or says or does and you say this is what LIBERALS do or say as if one represents the whole, but let a Republican do something like, oh, lie about a war and you completely ignore it or see it as being another. On the other hand, if Foley was a Democrat, you know damn well you'd be saying "Liberals want your gay marriage so you can marry teenage boys! Liberals are sick!"

And as far as that being all we have: Scandal after scandal after scandal in the White House, false pretext for an horribly planned or worse executed mess of a war, the biggest national debt in...ever, incompetent friends of the president being appointed to or almost being appointed to key positions in our government (Michael Brown to FEMA, and let not forget Harriet Meirs to the Supreme Court) AK-47s legalized under Bush because he's in the NRA's pocket.The fact that the Republicans have been so bad since Bush got in we actually needed to come up with an ETHICS COMMITTEE! We needed to put together a group of individuals that get together to teach ETHICS to our government! Are you serious? We have nothing? What would you actually call something? A BJ in the Oval Office?

I know there have been a lot of republicans who have stuck their wick where it didn't belong but that's not the issue and you know it. Or at least you should.
