add up the total number of entrees. 8+12+10=20. the probability (if customer selection is based on odds) that someone will order fish is 8 out of 20 total entrees. 8/20. the probability of the next four people ordering fish is 8/20*4. m'kay?

Each person has an 8/30 chance of ordering a fish entree... So,
if you take 8/30 times the four customers you will get 1.067.

Hope this makes sense. Good Luck.
