Oh I would have to say I purposely do things the abnormal way. I mean why do things the way everyone else does them... if I am going to do something it will be right the first time. When you are reading yahoo answers look at all the half butted way people answer questions... "Thanks for the two points", "yes", or "no". Then there are the people who abbreviate EVERYTHING, making for some very difficult reading. This type of behavior is being carried out in EVERYTHING we see in this world now days. Everyone tries to take the easy route. I would just assume take the road less travelled so that I might get to see the sights that most people don't.
Wouldn't it be terrifying to depend on one of the "thanks for the two point" people to save your life. I think I would rather die than be half alive when they were done... (or half dead, depending if you are an optimist or a pessimist.)
Thanks for this question, it is something that has been weighing on my mind for a little bit. In the mean time, I will just be happy being my own strange self. (LOL)

I don't purposely do anything to be different; I just be myself and being different than everyone else comes naturally.â¥

I used to go out of my way to search out the most esoteric, different, weird way of doing things. Now, I do what I like. If it's the same as a lot of people, I don't wig out. If it's different than everyone else, ditto. =)

Being different means I am a more complete individual, and not a clone like so many people out there that subscribe to mainstream culture.

There is a song that goes,
"Standing out, so you won't forget my name, that is the way we play this game of life, Everybody knows."
So it depends on if we want to stick out or fade in. I don't always want to be the center of attention, but sometimes I like attention. It depends on my mood.
