Not only did I find your question fascinating, but there are so many answers out there, I didn't know which ones to add, so I'm sending you a couple of links which were useful and full of information regarding slang terms for tattoos on a woman's back.
For example, "Slang terms for lower-back tattoos include "*** antlers[1]," "tramp stamp[2]," "California license plate[3]," "Santa Cruz license plate," and "Tijuana License Plate", "Panama City bumper sticker"[4]."
And I've read worse than "tramp stamp" -- see for yourself. (Just as a PS -- most of these deroggatory words were made up by men -- interesting, huh?)
