My TX drivers license was suspended because I had some traffic tickets that I never went to court for. The failure to appears turned into warrants. So-they suspended my license. I recently got a bail bond for the tickets and have 2 court dates. I need to have my license before I go to court. What do I need to do?

Sorry--my license was NOT suspended...they sent me a letter saying I couldnt renew or apply for my license until I pay all the fines. Since I got a bondsman, and paid my capius fines, I should be able to get my license as soon as I go to court?

First off pay those tickets and when you have a court date, make sure you're there. You can call your local DMV, you might be able to get a provisional license, which allows you to drive a certain number of miles a day there mostly used so people can continue to get back and forth to work.

Well firstly..its your fault for not paying the fines. The court had no choice to issue warrents because you had not paid the penalties. Pay them up, go to court. You will not have any chance of getting your licence back until you have made your appearance in court. Paying the fines before you stand in front of the magistrate is a good way for him or her to see that you are at least trying to make amends for your wrong doings.

You have to pay the tickets off. I had a similar situation. It was a bit expensive for a new pad picture! Good luck.
