Could be iron anaemia, I get it all the time, get some galfer from the chemist or eat some spinach salad. Might be worth getting your iron levels checked esp. if you are still of menstruating age. If I need a pick me up I call a mate for a chit chat or read a gossip mag, a nice one, not one with too skinny celebs.

SOMETIMES it seems the whole world is shouting, telling us how to get more energy. You can hardly pick up a magazine nowadays without an eight-page supplement falling out, offering you instructions on re-energising your life: `the new vital you in ten easy stages'. There is a flood of self-help books, all with inspirational titles: Your Vitality Factor, Fatigue or Tired All The Time.

Step into any health shop and the aisles are piled high with a hundred different products in handy two-litre tubs promising liquid vitality, a boosted sex drive, and ever longer life. A personal trainer at your local gym or health farm can give a free consultation session on your body energy problems, just as your bank manager used to talk to you about your cash flow. Perhaps you should try aromatherapy, massage, T'ai Chi, yoga, meditation, aerobics, bioenergetics or calisthenics? Have you tried the latest herbs or pep pills? Have you got your Feng-Shui right? Or maybe it's your breathing. How is your prana flowing? You can even go to an oxygen bar where you can breathe pure oxygen while sipping a Martini.

Read more at the link below. I did not want to annoy you with the WHOLE page on here! Hope this helps!

All Souls Night Lyrics

Bonfires dot the rolling hillsides
Figures dance around and around
To drums that pulse out echoes of darkness
Moving to the pagan sound.

Somewhere in a hidden memory
Images float before my eyes
Of fragrant nights of straw and of bonfires
And dancing till the next sunrise.

CHORUS
I can see lights in the distance
Trembling in the dark cloak of night
Candles and lanterns are dancing, dancing
A waltz on All Souls Night.

Figures of cornstalks bend in the shadows
Held up tall as the flames leap high
The green knight holds the holly bush
To mark where the old year passes by.

CHORUS
Bonfires dot the rolling hillsides
Figures dance around and around
To drums that pulse out echoes of darkness
And moving to the pagan sound.

Standing on the bridge that crosses
The river that goes out to the sea
The wind is full of a thousand voices
They pass by the bridge and me.

This is an awesome song by Loreena

Get yourself an energy drink or drink coffee to wake up. And cheer up by relaxing and doing nothing.
