When you first start diet and exercise it take a long time to start seeing results. It makes it very discouraging I know but the results will come if you are patient. It took years to put it on, it isn't going to just melt off you in a week. It can take some women up to a month before seeing any weight loss and even then just a few pounds. But if you stick with it you will start to lose 2-6 lbs a week. Also try changing your exercises from week to week. This will help. Your body gets used to the same work out every day and stops burning as many calories. Figure out three different work outs and alternate them from week to week. You should also talk to a doctor about weight loss. Hope that helps!

It also depends on your age..... For woman if you are over 40 forget about losing weight--only if you starve yourself or are deathly sick. But i think you are fairly young--most people on this site are--except me--(48) and i am having a hard time cause now im in menopause & baby u don't know how fast the pounds come on even though i watch what i eat--always did for my whole life but now its ridiculous................so maybe ask a doctor cause u might have a slow thyroid.

i think of you ought to circulate on your well-being care provider and talk what you have tried and what you nevertheless ought to purpose. weight-reduction plan shouldn't make you experience depressed you ought to experience which you're changing your existence-type for the extra valuable. Why not connect a club or society? take part in extra sports. potential strolling is large and burns somewhat somewhat some energy. additionally, you ought to prefer to contemplate hypnotherapy that ought to help concentration your recommendations and not make you place decrease back on any weight you do lose. do not forget approximately you're youthful and which will supply help to in terms of burning energy and dropping weight. in spite of the fact that verify which you do workout extra, it is important.

Probably because you are gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. Try the south beach diet in addition to exercise. I lost 19 pounds in one month on stage 2 and I loved the food because I made it!

maybe because you eat certain foods like carbs-too many of them. also, maybe your metabolism has slowed down, and thirdly it takes cardio and weights to tone up and to lose weight. cardio can burn so much weight but add weights to it, pump it up and you are more likely to see better results. maybe you need to do less of cardio and more of strength straining-weights! i would give that a try. i had the same problem as you did but later found out that my fat was turning into muscle!

fast food and boxed food are about the same.
eat more fresh fruits and veggies. no canned. no frozen.
FRESH.
the freshest and most closely grown are always best (organic would be the VERY best).

That's because muscle weighs more than fat. If you are exercising every day then you are replacing the fat with muscle. You should be noticing it in how your clothes fit now.
