I don't know but it feels SO good. Almost like intercourse. only not as horny. it just feels right. try glasses... the ends of (bits that go over your ears) ear buds, and knitting needled.

Maybe by pushing in one ear, the void in between is being expelled through the other, hence the 'good feeling'

looks like your other halfs down your ears all the time and to take no notice you sitick a pin in your ears to clear the itch left back on sound affect for you.

I think that you are in the vast minority. Most folk use
cotton swabs to clean the outer ear and don‘t dig deep.
