You have to make a decision on not smoking and stick with it. As long as your saying "just one more" you have not made up your mind and you will never quit. There are a lot of aids that will help you quit and you should have someone that will support you when you feel a craving. Then you can call them and talk to them until the craving passes. On these sites there are some good tips and ideas for quiting. http://www.smokefree.gov/

I have been smoke free for almost 4 years and I will say that it is hard. Good luck.

Hehehe, I have to tell myself that all the time! Usually I'm pretty even, a pack a day, give or take, but if I'm outside enjoying a good book I tend to smoke way too much!

I'm off cigarettes again, but when I'm with the girl I love (who smokes) I have enormous difficulty not to feel enticed to join her in clouds of tobacco. Not to guilt-trip her though, it's all my own doing.

I do smoke in bed too, just before getting up.

every so often. I always smoke outside since I dont' want to smoke in the car or house so I'm usually standing when I smoke. =)

Last night, whilst IM-ing my lovely man, I had three extra cigarettes as an excuse to stay put including the last one in the packet so I had none for morning! I'll never quit at this rate!!...

Ugh, NEVER! Smoking is a dirty habit. Stinky clothes, hair, yellow teeth, your hands stink, ashes everywhere, I bet you don't throw your butts away so you litter all over the ground, tossing them out your car window, ruining peoples dinner by smoking and not to mention the filthy dirty ashtrays. There is nothing good about it.

I don't have to tell myself that I don't smoke in bed, could be dangerous.

Don't mind Daisy she's a 12 year old liar that doesn't know what she's talking about. Let's all cheer for her so she thinks she's done well!
