Seriously, do NOT go to Red Lobster. Cliche.
Actually, I find it impressive when a man does his homework and we go somewhere that is NOT a chain. Or if it is a chain, it better have 5 restaurants all over the country, no more than that.

Have you asked her what she likes? Go from there! When my spouse and I were setting up our first date over the phone (we'd never met in person yet), he asked me what I liked. I said Mexican, Chinese, Italian. He offered a nice little Mexican restaurant that was his favorite. I said sure! We had a wonderful time, and now we've been happily together for over 2 years! And we still love that little place.

Eat at? Why not in a restaurant? You will get service there.
