Hi ppl! I'm 14, and I use one of those Gillette Fusion thingys to shave because I have hairs on my face. I also use a gillette shaving gel.
The problem is that I cut myself very frequently, and I have razorburn for around 3 days after the shave (when incidentally is the day I have to shave AGAIN!)
Can anybody help me with my predicament? (The Cuts and the Razorburn)
Thanks!

You should switch to an electric shaver, you wont have the irritation. Blades do the same thing to my face, and years later I finally wised up and switch to electric only. Also I dont waste tons of money on the overpriced razors from Gillette.

After you shave, you need to apply a lotion - since you like Gillette, try their after shave lotion, it's what my 14 yr old son uses. To avoid the cuts, you just have to really slow down and watch what you are doing with the blade.

the fusion has too many blades on it. you only need 1 or maybe 2 blades to shave off "peach-fuzz" as for the razor burn, try a shaving cream with a little more moisturizer. not much you can do about the cuts accept stop the bleeding and try not to do it again.

Try Barbasol cream for sensative skin. Slow down when shaving & never move the razor sideways. Watch out on problem areas like nose & ears.

Exfoliate your legs first... use a great sort of cream or cleansing soap and shave with the hair not against it, you prefer to be shaving downwards. it won't experience vibrant gentle.. whether that's going to look extra effective. some persons are in basic terms companies to the bumps although, i ought to bypass away my legs for a 365 days (not that i could) however the bumps on mine could stay... my mum has them too, ought to easily be some thing you ought to stay with.

Shower first and leave your face wet. Shave slowly. Go only with the grain, do not cut against the direction the hair grows.

Use products by Nivea, they are more money but softer on the face. Also, buy a ladies disposable, cheap ones. They will have one bllade and be softer on your face. When you get older, you will need multiple blades.
