My wife is Korean too. It is important that you talk to her family first. I would even recommend that your parents meet her parents and share what common values are and what they think of marriage. This will make marrying her a lot easier. Family is very important in Korean culture. If your in-laws see you are interested in family, you will score big points, especially since being a foreigner (to them) already stacks the deck against you.
Then, in front of her parents, ask for their permission to marry her. After all of that is said and done, take her back to Turkey and propose. This will drastically increase the odds of the answer you want to hear.
Hope that helps. Let us know how it goes.

Either take her out to a nice romantic restaurant and pop the question, or you can be creative and spontaneous and hide the ring in a dozen of roses. It all depends on how you want to go about it. There are so many ways to propose to her.
As for me I am proposing to my girlfriend at a Seafood Festival in Homossassa, Florida. The nerve wrecking part of it though is that I am goin to do it up on stage in front of 50,000 ppl. So it is goin to be intense.

What ever you do will be fine. My future husband ask he to marry him when he called me into the bath room while he was scrubbing his arm pits in the shower and looking at me. Then he said M will you marry me? I feel in love instantly. How about that for a proposal? I been in love with Kevin B. since the first day he gave me a hug in my door way.

After talking to her family and getting the ok, take her to a major landmark and propse there. If you can pre-arrange it so that there is already wine or flowers there..even better! It will be memorable no matter what, but when you do it in fronto of a crowd of people, it's the best (make sure she'll say yes!)
