MAJOR SPOILER
The show begins with Christian having a sexual fantasy about being gay and waxing Shawn's chest, trying to get him to come out of the closet and then losing shawn on the operating table, only to think he wakes up and they kiss, but then he really wakes up.
The next thing you know Connor's nurse has come down with food poisoning from eating bad sushi. This leads Julia to hire Monica in his stead.
Back at work, Christian and Shawn are talking about who is screwing who when the Larry Hackman arrives with a penis enlarger stuck on on him and no way of getting it off. Troy gives him two sudafed and some water and it comes off but Hackman takes advantage of the erection to have sex withhis wife.
Shawn tries to fire Monica but she won't leave. He winds up having to pierce her belly button for her.
In the office, Christian has to remove a tattoo from Brooke Shield's back side that reads Property of Paco. She tell him it was her boyfriend's idea. Christian tells her about his Shawn dream and about being in love with his boss's wife.
Next thing you know Monica is breast feeding Connor and Shawn is wigging out again.
Hackman has called his wife and Troy into his house to tell them that he knows about their affair and that he now wants to watch them have sex or he will divorce her, sell the business, and sue him for malpractice.
Back at the office, Monica tells Shawn Connor has been hurting her nipples. His psychotic fantasies reoccur as the drug dealer from season one tells him to toss her to the gators. Instead, he tells her to seek medical help. As they exit the building she is yelling at him she is going to tell everyone everything. Of course she is yelling this in the middle of the road and a bus runs her over and kills her. The drug dealer is happy.
Next thing you know Christian is having sex with Hackman's wife while hackman is watching them and crying.
Shawn has dinner with Julia who doesn't have a clue that Monica is dead. Shawn pretends he has no idea either.
Back with hackman, you learn that Shields went to him and told him about Christian pretending to be attached to the practice.
Later she cgoes back to the tattoo parlor where she has the tattoo Property of Christian placed on her backside.

Sean's pain in the butt nanny was hit head on by a bus. She's no longer a problem.
Christian is having gay panic dreams.
Christian and Michelle are forced to have sex in front of her husband (or he will ruin her life).
Brooke Shields is also the husband's therapist and is the reason he made Christian and Michelle have sex in front of him.
Brooke also got a tattoo that read "Property of Christian" on her butt cleavage.
That about covers it.

I only saw bits and pieces. Mainly the end. Christian and Michelle had sex in front of her husband, at his request. Monica, whom I told was breastfeeding Julia and Sean's baby earlier in the show, was freaking out Sean at his office. He was thinking about killing her, with the help of the ghost of that druglord. He finally told her to stay away from him and that whatever they had was over. She got angry and told him she was going to tell Julia. She runs outsides and stands in the street yelling at Sean when a huge bus runs over her, killing her. Sean shows a little sympathy, but when they cut to the scene of him and Julia discussing Monica not calling to let them know if she wanted to keep working for them, he just sits there and makes it out as if the girl had just run off or didn't want the job. He never said that she was killed outside of his office. That's all I know.
