I'm too confused on what you are asking to answer.
If I'm following you correctly, you're asking if it's nasty to like your cousins husbands cousin, and I don't think so.
They aren't actually related to you in any way besides down the line.

having family teaches you self control and respect for others. there are some people that you can not form sexual relations with and this forces us to deal with the opposite sex on different levels than fleshly thoughts.when you interact with family members of the opposite sex,you don't allow those thoughts to form and take shape, you replace them with feelings of caring and protection.If you don't respect the boundaries of family then who knows what boundary you will cross if the opportunity comes your way.
