I invent two formulae in calendar to find out any date from B.C. to A.D for any year (I able to tell any date with in one min upto one lakh years). So i would like to PhD in mathes of this subject. I am economically poor to study, so i want any instution to support me and to publish my calendar. Besides this I have the format of 700 years in a single page and easily understand by normal people.

Oh Great! And doubly great because you are an Indian.
I do not know if PhD's are awarded without due diligence. You can certainly try out by contacting someone at your local university.
Another option would be to send in emails to the publishers of your local Newspaper, Hindu, Indian Express, etc.
As the previous person stated, it is a MUST that you INFORM your PARENTS before you do anything. People might even go to extreme lengths to plagiarise your hard earned solutions. Never, ever fully trust anyone. And I sincerely hope and pray that you get the full honours for all the hard work you have put in.
