Your tube does not need to be removed, but unfortunatley the pregnancy has to end. It would kill you if you didn't get it cared for.

I had one and the tube didn't have to be removed, but I was told if I didn't take care of it immediately it may have killed me. Important to take care of it right away!

it depends on the severity of the case! you can undergo salmingotomy if it is not that complicated. But if it will cost your life better take a salmingectomy or removal of the falopian tube....
