Most pens are blue, some write in black.. But websites with blue type are very uncommon. Why is this? I do not need logical explanations of course, but do let rip.

I wish I could hand write these answers, and include little doodles, to induce a smile to those worth while. To those I would answer in frustration, I doubt they would be able to read my writing!...x

I do know for a fact that long ago when copiers first came out they couldn't copy anything but black ink. Now they copy any color. "But websites with blue type are very uncommon. Why is this?" Black is the easiest color to see on a monitor.

well, it is easier to black on a white screen then blue, plus it is better on the eyes, they dont strain as hard. When writing, the eye works as hard on either so you have the option of using blue or black, i prefer to write with a black pen

You can change the color of the websites fonts, so you have it any color you want.
