I did my undergraduate in business with a 3.4 GPA. I am applying to NSU's doctor of audiology program. I have excellent recommendation letters and admissions essay. The problem is that I havent taken much classes relating to Audiology during my undergraduate studies.

I cam across this profession by taking my grandfather to see an audiologist b/c he had hearing problems. I am taking the intro class next semester and I am applying to this program right now.

What are my chances of getting in?? Just trying to get a few view points.

Very likely. It's not a field w/ high competition, and a good GPA will be meaningful.

However, you should be careful. Audiology has come under fire as a profession. There are questions as to the need for licensing and regulation. Laws could change, making it much easier for someone to pursue this profession, w/o a big investment.
