okay so i took a pregnancy test this morning and there was a dark pink line and a very faint pink line, i have had all the symptoms like nausea tiredness, swollen boobs and goin to the bathroom alooooot,i am not supposed to start untill the next couple of days do u think im pregnant or is that line just an evaporation line the brand of the test was first response!!

If the line was pink in color, no matter how faint its a positive. You'd have to be holdign the test just right in the right light to see the clear evaporation line that reacts to the hormone.
Go have blood work done, youre pregnant.

The line is faint because in very early pregnancy the body only produces a small amount of hcg. This doubles everyday so I guarantee if you tested in 2 days time the result would be darker. Any second line is definately pregnant especially with First Response as I think they are good tests. Good luck hon xxx

Yep, you are pregnant. The line is very faint right now and it just means that it is very early in the pregnancy. I would take another test in a week and the line will be a lot darker. Congratulations and good luck with everything.

Pregnancy tests basically measure hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin) levels to determine if you're pregnant or not. They tend to be pretty accurate if used properly. Because of the way they measure, a false negative is more likely than a false positive. If you see the second line, no matter how faint, it means the hCG levels are high enough to be recorded and displayed. Congrats!

sounds like you are.....and faint line shows the hormone the lighter the line the closer to the start of the pregnancy......there are ways out at this early stage before 1st missed period if you wanted.....ask your doctor.....something to do with the "pill"

sounds like you might be pregnant get another test and try it again in a few days
