Two questions in one, a challenge and an opinion.....wanna help?

Question

The challenge....not so hard, really. I have been trying to find the lyrics to a song by colombian singer Soraya (1969-2006), without success. In every website I have tried, they have any other song by her, but not the one I want....the title 'So far away' Does anyone know about this lyrics?? If so, could you include them as your reply? I have tried listening to the song, but her accent is a bit hard to understand, at least for me, and thus, I only have bits and pieces. Thanx!

The opinion....I went singing a few days ago into an open mic night, and well....made this little recording. Think I should keep on trying, or I should keep my singing voice to myself?? ;-) Hehehehe...thanx for the comments. The video can be seen at
