The thing is that my uncle is visiting the city this week and he needs to be in touch with his boss who is in Guatemala. He asked him to take a cell with him, but taking a cell with rooming service is way too expensive $2.10 a minute!!!!! So we were wondering about renting one in Oklahoma City. Can you help us?

just buy an inexpensive disposible phone, if you run out of minutes you can purchase more for $20-30 and when you are done with the trip toss the phone in the garbage. If you use it sparingly it should only cost you around $100.

my father came from portugal and brought his phone from there, we went to t-mobile and he bought a chip here which they replaced in his phone and activated it.... he then was able to purchace minutes....make sure that the phone he has is from a company we have here.

i don't think there's something like that and if there is, it may be more expensive. suggests that he just bring his mobile then buy a local sim
