All Banks are giving now personal loan or consumer loan @ 13.5% diminishing rate of interest i.e.as and when you pay loan any month,interest calculation is based upon the reduced loan o/s.

u can contact any bank whcih offers personal loans, or any financial institution, or even private lenders can provide loans.
