"We" (I imagine you mean the U.S.) need a healthy dose of reality, which is often found by taking an international perspective; however, we also need to take pride in our nation in a way that does not include racism, xenophobia and fear. We should be proud of our diversity as much as our similarities. God Bless the USA does not mean God Damn the Rest of the World.
