Which one of these would be better, a stock broker or a real estate agent and why?

You choose the profession you enjoy more. Both professions will have slumps when the economy is not so good. Right now, there are some unemployed real estate agents. The market was wild last year but now it has slowed down.

you asked a question that really only you can answer. What works for one person will not work for another. you need to make a list of pros and cons for both careers and figure out which one you think you will enjoy the most. I say enjoy the most because if you don't like what you do for a living you will be miserable and you will make everyone around you miserable. Good luck in discovering that answer for yourself.

well i work for an upscale real estate office and these people are LOADED, if you get in a good spot and your good with people you'll make it, my agents go on trips all the time
