Most women don't feel movement until the 24th week. You may also be feeling the movement, but you just don't know it. Sometimes it feels like gas bubbles inside of your tummy. Right now you may just feel and look like you ate too many twinkies. You feel fat and frumpy it takes time before you have a nice baby tum. I am 24 weeks and I have just a little one and in some of my clothes, I look just fat and not pregs. In some instances, women just don't show as much as others.

Its not common, but its not abnormal. First time moms have a hard time telling the first movements apart from the functions of their bowels. So chances are you've felt your baby move and just havent relized it yet.
It could be too that theyre off by a couple weeks on how pregnant you are, making the baby less developed than expected.
I'd call my doctor and ask for an ultrasound, you should have had one recently to go along with the quad screening to check on heart and organ development. Atleast go in and have them check the heartbeat.
Then you will feel better.

well, i'm assuming you have gone to the ob a few times since you found out you were preg, hasn't your ob told you everything was ok? If she did, then dont' worry. If you are still worried, call and make an appt and discuss your fears with your ob. Every woman carries different, and you still can feel your baby any day now! I'm assuming its your first preg, maybe you have felt baby before but really don't know what it feels like, sort of feels like "fluttering" or bubbles in your tummy. I'm sure everything is ok, but discuss it with your ob, they will let you know for sure!

Is this your first pregnancy? If so you've probably felt your baby move and just didn't know that's what it was. When your that early it kinda feels like butterflies in your belly. I'm sure everything is fine maybe he's just lazy..lol..my son was so inactive in the womb compared to my daughter that I was afraid that something wasnt right, but all babies are different

With first baby very normal. You maybe feeling the baby and not realize what it is. The first movements feel like gas bubbles. Eventually they get stronger and you know it is the baby for sure.
