If you don't have any cash, the best way to get into the property game would be to join a reputable real estate firm. There you would be able learn the basics of real estate. If you join a large real estate group, you might speed up the process. Once in the real estate market, you will find it easier to start buying, selling and renting out all manner of property. It will take time and focus to start earning enough to buy and sell.

Alfonso - very supportive of you.

If you own your own home, remortgaging it is a good way to get a deposit on a place to buy. Unfortunately, you will struggle to find a mortgage lender that will lend you more than 75% of the property value to buy a house that you are not going to live in.
