i do. you get that billl collectors calling kind of worrying going on and you're bound to lose some calories. even if it's just to see the caller id display

No I have never heard of that. Yes your right it doesn't burn calories. If you worry in the beginning then say at the end of it all you find out it was for nothing and everything was okay,..then you wasted all that energy. I say wait until it's for sure and you know the situation at hand in great detail.
