Who here gets ripped-off by their employer per vacations time?

and who do you work for?

The nurse "shortage" is due to the fact that they intentionally understaff so they can hire less people. They do it at the corporation
I work for as well. We have a skeleton crew
of 6 people that support a cast of 300 with print, mail room, secutiry, office supplies,
and receptionist jobs.....they understaff so they can hire less people.
What they end up doing is burning out the people who are left, causing them to either leave, or get crabby caustic as they work
like dogs......

I work as a Nurse for a local hospital here-and I get ripped off all the time due to shortages.
