having trouble getting yahoo messenger 2 download how can it be fixed?

cannot get yahoo messenger to down load have name etc but no luck geteting it 2 down load how can i fix t his problem

check the settings of your security software if any. Also speak with your system security administrator. they may not be allowing the download and yahoo messenger 2 requires administrator account permissions to install. So if the system system administrator's refuse to allow the install of this program sorry but you'll be up the creek.
