If On the Other Hand You Are Lucky Enough To Be In Australia, The Date Remains The Same ie. Sunday 29th October @ 2:00am But You Need To Advance Your Time Piece An Hour So The Only Minor Down Side Is An Hour Less In Bed But Then You're In Australia And Thats A Major Plus!

Daylight saving time (DST), also known as summer time or daylight savings time, is a widely used system of adjusting the official local time forward, usually by one hour from its official standard time, for the summer months. This is intended to provide a better match between the hours of daylight and the active hours of work and school. The "saved" daylight is spent on evening activities which get more daylight, rather than being "wasted" while people sleep past dawn.
You shoudl read all about this - especially since in 2007 the rules change.

It depends on what part of the world you live in.
Here in Canada/U.S. it changes on Sunday, October 29--you set the clock back 1 hour and we gain an extra hour of sleep!
Yeah!!
