No the Neocons are just spamming again, their claims have no facts or validity as usual. They make up excuses for Bush at any cost you know. Russia or China could have given N Korea the weapon to test, since Bush can't get along with any other Countries.

North Korea built the bomb, not clinton.

Quit blaming everything on Bill Clinton.

North Korea's leader is like Idi Amin. He's a quirky nutjob. So in fairness, you need to leave Clinton out of this. I know Bushbots everywhere like to bash Clinton, but his hands are cleaner than squeaky clean in this area. The ball is in Bush's court. Whatever bungling he does on this is his own fault. True.

No, it's North Korea's fault.

Clinton gave N. Korea the plans and material for a nuclear reactor. The N. koreans promised they would not use the reactor or the technology given to them to pursue nuclear weapons. They lied and even Mrs. Albright stated so in 2004.

So yes Clinton is responsible for them attaining nuclear weapons, for without our reactor they would not have had enough plutonium to build 1 bomb.

I will state that President Bush should have bombed any facility they put up pretaining to the pursuit of nuclear weapons though.

Partly it is....

before Clinton, the total amount of yearly aid in monies to N. Korea was exactly $0 per year.... during the Clinton regime, he gave them close to a BILLION dollars total, and the ability to make/use nuke technology with some of the parts being supplied directly from us, with only the simple caveat that they 'promise' not to use it for weapons, just power....

He tried to negotiate with and appease a mentally ill dictator of an evil regime... not a smart move... and now we have to live with the crap Clinton's seeds have sown

You have to go farther back to Carter. If Clinton and Carter would have at least did something, we wouldn't be in this situation right now. Those two could have at least imposed serious sanctions but the Dems really are chickens when it comes to anything that involves war, bloodshed, violence, etc...

As far as I know Clinton excelled in the foreign relations area. Didn't have a war when Clinton was in the house. Blame it on Bush - he's pulling the whole country down the tubes.

Yeah anything that happens when a republican is in charge must be a democrats fault. The same song and dance for decades. Time to grow up. I guess if you're a republican president the buck stops there.

North Korea loves Bill Clinton.
So does bin Laden.
So does Iran and Syria.

NK has used the "bomb" issue as blackmail for aid for 15 years. They have finally overplayed their hand.
