to release the bloated feeling there are many fruits and vegatables that are durietics such as
celery, watermelon, cucumber, dried apricots and prunes. high-in fiber vegs have the same effect, such as
sweet pototoe, lentils, or just eat a green chilli that will speed up the system! or activia yoghurts and chew properly + eat slowly

if you are retaining water and want to get rid of it, eat lots of cucumbers. they are natural diuretics. they are healthy and good for you too.
