peter jackson will make the hobbit,at last! but i don't know why he wants to include arwen[liv tyler] in the cast.she has nothing to do with the story![as in the two towers] they will include legolas[orlando bloom],but i understand that because bilbo and the dwarfs pass through his father's kingdom.what do you think about that?

films are rarely like the books, stuff is always taken out, sometimes where it is set is changed. I never watch a film thinking it will be like the book, you have to view it as a seperate entity. As long as it starts with "In a hole in a ground there lived a hobbit, not a......" i will be happy.

Why don't you ask peter jackson? You must understand that movies add more (things that weren't even in the book) or leave things out of the book. That's the beauty of being a director. I guess they feel they need her in there for the story line.

She's the only female lead they have. It seems everthing has to have at least one female in it nowadays. Even the Original Law and Order has gone new wave and given Green a female partner. I still can't get use to it.
