Whenever there's a poll voting there Are options of yes, no but why the hell are choices like can't say left for some dumb creatures..!!!

i understand it means tht you are neutral but if u are 1 then whats the need for you to pick up the pain to go and specially vote for a sick answer CAN'T SAY..

Because unfortunately lots of people are extremely stupid.

Like my darling little sister who hasn't heard of any politicians, past or present, apart from Tony Blair, so she really wouldn't be able to say if the questions was about politics.

First of all people do not go TO the pollsters. The pollsters take out voting precincts. Second of all yes, "can't say," is the same as being neutral. You might vote for a particular candidate but you might not be answer a specific question about said candidate. That does not mean that you are stupid. No one has all the details about the people running for office, unless one of them explodes onto the public consciousness like Mark Foley.

Well ' cant say ' would in that case amount to being neutral.
And that too is a choice some may want to exercise.
