Best Ive found so far is Dells £349, anyone better than this. Ill consider refurbished, or very good second hand. Are there any gems on ebay? thanks!!

Buy from Dell. They are very good. Bought mine from them, and never had a problem so far!!

Like most things in life you get what you pay for Cheapest is not necessarily the best. If you are an occasional user then Dell are a great deal. You won't go far wrong with that price but remember you don't get something for nothing and I'm afraid quality is going to suffer here.
