Planned Parenthood. Does not deal with any thing other than Birth control, patient counseling on pregnancy and preventing pregnancy. Information on STD's etc.. They usually only have a doctor their off and on. Usually it is a nurse practitioner.
Since you don't have a doctor you could go to your local emergency room. If you have a bladder infection. They will give you medications.

Over-the-counter preparations that may relieve your UTI symptoms include:
Products such as AZO and Uristat may lessen the pain associated with a UTI. Uristat contains a lower dose of phenazopyridine than the prescription strength.
Urine-testing kits will help you determine if you have a UTI and should see your doctor.
Be sure to contact your doctor at the onset of symptoms and before taking any of these products, which may reduce your symptoms but won't cure your infection. Your physician will probably want you to start an antibiotic. As always, carefully read product labels and heed all cautions. And as you should when you have any infection, get plenty of rest and drink lots of water
You need an antibiotic to cure a bladder infection. Go to a clinic or look for a 24 hour clinic thats open.

You need to see a doctor, try Urgent Care. They will take cash/check. Do not delay, if it is a bladder infection left untreated, it could turn into a kidney infection (not fun). The doctor will prescribe an antibiotic and possibly Peridium ( a medicine that will relieve the pressure and pain). In the mean time, get off the computer, get to the doc and drink a lot of cranberry juice! :o)

Symptoms of a Bladder Infection Include:
Burning or painful urination
Strong odor from urine
Lower stomach or back pain
Frequent urgency to urinate
Cloudy Urine
You can try to "flush out your bladder" by drinking tons of Cranberry Juice (make sure it's 100% Cranberry Juice, not Cocktail), but the websites that I've researched say that a bladder infection will not go away without treatment and that bladder infections are usually treated with antibiotics and other medications.

The drugstore can help with the pain. The OTC medication is called AZO or a generic equivalent. This will give you 2 days to find a doctor to get the antibiotic. Try an Urgent Care clinic. They take cash patients. If you don't know where to find one, call your closest hospital and ask for the info there. The Urgent Care clinic will be able to suggest a doctor, if you can't continue treatment there.

Planned Parenthood could help you, but I think you need to intake some more fluids, such as Cranberry juice, just remember this is also considered a urinary tract infection. Go to the doctor, because you won't be able to cure this without something.

How about your local health department? I would think Planned Parenthood is just for pregnancy. They aren't medical doctors. But the health department could help. Or you could ask the Planned Parenthood where they think you could go. Of course you could go to the emergency room but it would cost too much.

If you haven't already... soon you will start to piss blood. If you don't get an antibiotic you will likely develop a kidney infection and end up in the hospital.
You need antibiotics right away.
Every know-it-all will tell you how to wipe your *** (like you don't know)... but did you know that some allergy medicines cause this, and that you should always be sure to empty your bladder after intercourse. AND, cleansing your perinuem before intercourse will help reduce the incidence of UTI's.
Good luck.

Until you get to the doctor drink lots of cranberry juice or take the cranberry pills. You do need to go see someone and get some antibiotics though. Good luck!
