I just fully chared my laptop but when I took out the adapter it shows 1:20 mins of battery remaining but if i restart it it will show the full 3 hours remaining...
I have just got it yesterday so I am a fresh user....

No, its fine, what you need to do is calibrate the battery by leaving it unplugged until it completely runs out of battery power. The battery actually has 3 hours on it, but the computer cannot read it right unless it is restarted. If you have a battery charger that uncharges the battery too, use that.

Either way, it does not get fixed. These battery indicators are only a guess. When you become more familiar with your computer, you will get used to how much REAL time that you have left on your battery.

mine does it too u will have to take it back and get a replacement you cant spend all that money and it be broken.

GET A REPLACEMENT
